Our Mission Is to Provide a Professional & Honest Approach to Your Health & Fitness

Do you suffer from muscle pain, neck pain, knee osteoarthritis pain, or knee pain? Or do you have carpal tunnel syndrome?  Give alternative medicine like medical acupuncture a try to treat pain. Acupuncture treatment is one of the most effective methods in oriental medicine to relieve pain in the human body.  Acupuncture is done using hair-thin needles. Inserting needles into the acupuncture point with appropriate combinations will bring the energy flow back into balance.  But how does acupuncture works affect the body? Acupuncture points are believed to stimulate the central nervous system. This, in turn, releases chemicals into the muscles, spinal cord, and brain. These biochemical changes may stimulate the body’s natural healing abilities, may boost blood flow, and promote physical and emotional well-being.

Luckily, Bingham Health & Fitness is not just another local gym in the fitness industry. We are a fully integrated health and wellness facility offering an all-in-one solution. We offer complementary and alternative medicine. Our services include an acupuncture session. We guarantee that all our medical devices and acupuncture needles are sterile needles, safe, and clean. Our personal trainers will help you reach your fitness goals, keep you in the best shape, and healthy lifestyle.
