I dig the human body, and have had so much fun continuing to discover, all that we are capable of. I never saw myself as much of an athlete, as a young man. Once I met some of the right people, I began to see things differently. I began to see an athlete hiding inside of me. I began to see things that I COULD do, that I hadn’t even considered possible, before. I surprised myself repeatedly with what I could do, once the right people and opportunities, presented themselves. I found in myself a rescue swimmer for the Navy, an MMA champion, a BJJ champion, a coach, and mentor for fitness, health and positive thinking. My goal is to be one of the “right people”, to help you see what you are capable of… So we can continue to see, grow and believe, together.
